Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us immediately & we will gladly accept your return or exchange. All exchanges must be within 10 days of receipt of the item purchased, & the items must be unused and original condition with all tags affixed, in its original packaging. All refunds will be credited within 5-7 Business days in the same form as original payment.

Refunds

A restocking fee of 10% and an additional $10 for shipping will be applied to all items returned for refunds. All refunds will be credited within 5-7 Business days in the same form as original payment.

Exchanges

At deluxemoda, customer satisfaction is what counts. There is no restocking fee charged on exchanges, All purchases are processed with full extensive care to meet our customers?needs. Once we receive your order, it will go through our quality control procedure at our warehouse division, so you receive the best in quality item.
